In view of the national guidelines, your event will be different in some aspects. We will make your day as pleasant and familiar as possible. Here you can read all the measures we take during your event.

With this in mind, we will inform you about the extensive health and safety measures during your event at Veluwe Events. We will continue to monitor the situation closely and will apply the policy of the National Institute for Public Health and the Environment (RIVM).

What measures will be taken during my event?
We can guarantee the 1.5 metres for everything we offer. Upon entry, disinfection spray is ready for the hands and we have disposable rubber gloves that can be used. We also ask all participants to fill in a triage form/checklist upon entry.

I would like to make a new reservation. What should I take into account?
Would you like to book an activity with a large group? That is possible! Keep in mind, however, that during the activity(/ies) we will split up the group into smaller groups in order to be able to keep the distance.

Can I cancel my existing booking or change the date?
It is only possible to change your existing reservation in case of a lockdown. If there is currently no lockdown, but you would still like to change your date, our normal cancellation policy applies.
