A company's employee association was looking for a location to celebrate the company’s 40th anniversary. They have an annual outing, but were looking for something special this year! They visited our location with a delegation and discussed all options and wishes.

That's when the real work began for us. We created a special program for this group, focusing on a Land Rover and helicopter. By completing various assignments throughout the afternoon, teams were able to win keys that were needed to open their own bar at the end of the day. The story surrounding the activities was the focal point of this special program. All in all, this 40-year anniversary celebration was a massive success!

This company wanted a fun outing where they could add an informative part themselves. No problem at all for us! As part of the activity program, we added a “visit to the supplier” market. Various suppliers of the company placed market stalls on our terrace, where employees were given an explanation about new products. Entirely woven into the program, making the informative part of the day part of the outing.

The group finished the day, together with the suppliers, with a delicious barbecue and drinks.

We created a completely personalized program for a group of 300 people, consisting of employees and their loved ones. The occasion? A company’s 10-year anniversary.

Using a number of our activities and experiences, we created a completely personalized day for visitors of all ages. While the adults were off driving quads, kids could paint & do arts and crafts. For the very youngest children, there was a separate baby room with a professional babysitter. Everything from banners, flags and t-shirts to the name of the bar, was personalized. The entire terrain was transformed to fit the company’s brand. Everyone had a fantastic day at Veluwe Events.
